Subscription & Billing Terms — GroundWorks Manager Last updated: 1 October 2026 Version: 2026-10-01 These Subscription Terms form part of the Terms of Service of AutomatedForge Sp. z o.o., ul. Szlak 77/222, 31-153 Kraków, Poland (KRS 0001242839, NIP 6762721310). Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. 1. Overview GroundWorks Manager subscriptions are sold on groundworksmanager.com (web checkout), not through the Apple App Store or Google Play. By subscribing you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to the Terms of Service. 2. Beta phase The Service is currently in beta and access is free of charge. Paid subscriptions have not yet started. Before they start we will announce by e-mail and on the website: the launch date, the payment provider, and any free trial period. Nothing will be charged to anyone without a subscription being actively purchased. 3. Plans and prices The prices below apply from the launch of paid subscriptions. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Starter — for teams of up to 5 people (the Administrator plus 4 team members): £40 per month, or £400 per year. Pro — for teams of 6 to 10 people, including the Administrator: £50 per month, or £500 per year. Business — for teams of more than 10 people: individual quote. Write to info@automatedforge.com and we will prepare an offer. Annual billing gives you twelve months for the price of ten. Each plan includes unlimited projects, the full set of calculators and the features listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. The number of people counts every user who is a member of your company workspace. 4. Billing and payment Payments are processed by an external payment provider, which we will name on the website and in these Terms before paid subscriptions launch. We never see or store your card or bank details; the provider handles them under its own security standards. You are charged at the start of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel. You will receive an invoice by e-mail for each payment. Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. If you are a VAT-registered business in another EU country or in the United Kingdom, give us your VAT number so that the invoice can be issued correctly. If a payment fails, we will notify you by e-mail and retry. If payment is still not received within 7 days, access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid. Your data is kept during the suspension. 5. Renewal and cancellation Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same plan and price unless we have notified you of a change (section 7). You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by writing to info@automatedforge.com from the e-mail address registered on the account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep full access until then, and no further payments are taken. Partially used periods are not refunded (except as described in section 6). 6. Right of withdrawal and refunds Consumers and eligible sole traders. If you are a consumer, or a sole trader for whom the subscription is not of a professional nature, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, under the Polish Act on Consumer Rights. To do so, write to info@automatedforge.com within that period. If you asked us to start the Service immediately and used it during those 14 days, we may keep a proportional part of the fee for the period of use. Where the Service has been fully provided with your express consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Businesses. For other business customers, fees are non-refundable except where the Service was unavailable for an extended period through our fault, in which case we will refund or credit the affected period on request. Statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory law. 7. Changes to plans or prices We may change prices or plan contents. We will notify you by e-mail at least 30 days before a change affects you. The new price applies from your first renewal after the notice period. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel before the renewal and keep access until the end of your current paid period. 8. Mobile apps The mobile app is downloaded from the app stores, but the subscription is linked to your GroundWorks Manager account, not to the store account. Sign in to the mobile app with the same e-mail address you used on the website and your plan is active there automatically. The app stores do not handle any subscription payments for the Service. 9.
